My Life in Ruins

The Parthenon was impressively large. The view from the top of the acropolis made me marvel at how little I can conceive of how many people actually exist in the world: it seemed like we could see soooo many houses in all directions and that is just Athens.
(Above) some sketchy dude took this photo of me and kissed my cheek afterward. I later noticed he was going around to all the girls and asking to take their pictures, while inquiring whether they had boyfriends.
(above) Lonely Planet Greece writes, "Beside the Parthenon is the Erechtheion, immediately recognisable for its much-photographed Caryatids, the six maidens who take the place of columns."

(below) Tanvi, Liz, Lindsey, Michelle, and Phil, stopping to enjoy the view during the treacherous climb up to the Ruins.
