My thighs burned after this morning's hike to the top of Mount Lycabettus.
(above) There are cacti in Greece??!
(below) a small white monastery crowns this huge hill. Not long after we got there, a little old man set up shop selling religious items and cold drinks. Beer was among the offerings, which I thought was strange.
(Below) Jessica eats an apple, relaxing in the shade.
At the top, it seemed like we were so close to the sky.
Endless walks with Mom and John prepped me for this morning's adventure.
